This spectacular beachfront villa is situated on a prime beachfront lot from 5.000 m2 (1,25 acres). The villa has 13 bedrooms.
Large outdoor living with pool, jacuzzi, sundecks, beach, bar, bbq, special poolhouse, deck chairs, fans, air conditioning, safe-boxes. Everywhere fans and airconditioning. Fully equipped modern style kitchen. Game/movie room with large video-projection system. Pool-billiard room. Fitness room. In the garden special child play and ping-pong table. The villa is equipped with flatscreens, sat music, wifi, dvd’s, radio.
Everyday 2 servants from 8.00 – 17.00 hr for cleaning, assisting and helping with the breakfast. Comes with private chef and bartender included.
Electricity full backup with generator.
Prices from Villa del Mar (minimum 2 nights):
– high season: 16,800 usd/week (night 2,500 usd. Weekend night 3,400 usd per night)
