14 guests can enjoy comfortable bedrooms (bathroom, fans, AC, lockers, flexible bed layout).
Casa Bienestar is at 3 minutes from Playa Bonita beach. The best restaurants directly on the beach, like Atlantis, Casa Grande, Ney, Las Ballenas Restaurant (on-site) and Mosquito. And several surf schools, like Carolina’s.
Villa located inside Las Ballenas Resort, safe and quiet community on the beach.
Villa Bienestar is close to the beach. A comfortable villa where outdoor living and enjoying is very important. Large covered terraces (everywhere electric curtains) and always close to the large pool with (not heated) jacuzzi.
The villa, garden, pool, jacuzzi are totally yours, nothing to share.
Bedrooms: the bed layout is flexible. We have a total of 10 twins and 2 bunkbeds. We have 4 systems to add every time 2 twins together to convert these twins into 4 king beds. Let us know in time.
Each bedroom has its private bathroom with a sink, mirror, shower with rain shower and handheld shower, toilet with a door that be can be closed. Further mosquito screens, airconditioning (15 pesos per kwh), ceiling fans, safe lockers.
A large fully equipped kitchen. Which opens up to the dining and pool area.
Daily maid from 8:30 am to 3 pm. She also prepares breakfast. Groceries are on your account.
The guests will have access to the entire home. Which means 4 bedrooms, kitchen, garden with pool, jacuzzi, terraces. On request gym equipment is available and yoga or private trainer.
Onsite is a home (annex) where property manager/owner is living. This unit has a separate entrance.
Villa is inside a residential area. So respect our neighbors. Between 10 pm and 7 am no music. In the daytime an appropriate level so nobody gets bothered or annoyed.
Casa Bienestar is not a villa to have loud pool or garden parties. Nor a place to do karaoke of add extra speakers outside. This is not allowed.

Supermarkets (Superpola and Lindo) at 8 minutes by car.
Full time caretaker / cleaning lady 8 am – 3 pm
