Very nice 3 bedroom modern villa just steps away from the Playa Las Ballenas beach in Las Terrenas. The villa is located in a gated and secure community, next to the beach.
The villa is in top condition and has all the comfort you want. 3 bedrooms with each their own bathroom. 3 large terraces which go directly to the garden and the pool.

The vila has a large inside salon with flat-screen TV (cable and satellite) and open modern equipped kitchen with bar. Wifi internet. There is a washing machine and barbecue. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

The large and very comfortable outside salon gives perfect connection with outdoor life, pool and garden.

The villa is almost next to a sailing club with bar. Also within walking distance a shop and a restaurant. Center town with all their international retaurants and shops is at 5 minutes by car.
