This Caribbean style villa is located in a large gated community directly in front of famous Playa Coson in Las Terrenas. The villa has accommodation for 8 people.

All bedrooms have fans. Only the master bedroom has air conditioning and king size bed.

Outside living is very important in our climate here and for that reason a large outside terrace, directly next to the pool. And of course, just a couple of minutes walk to Playa Coson beach, where you can walk for miles and miles…

The mainhouse has 2 bedrooms with each their own private bathroom. Also 2 separated bungalows with each their own bathr0om. 1 bedroom with king, other full.

The villa is just steps away from the beach, at the second line.

Has No internet and NO television. 266 m2 villa in total, 1.330 m2 of land, 75 m2 of deck and 45 m2 pool. 100 meters from the beach, second line.

The rental includes:

  1. Electricity 110 V, gas and water

  2. Daily cleaning service.

  3. Change of Bed and bath linen twice a week.

If needed we can organize baby sitters, cooks and other services for an extra cost.
