Remodeled small Caribbean style villa just 300 meters away from the beach. In a small gated community in Playa Las Ballenas. The villa is around 5 minutes by car from center town and their restaurants, bars and shops. It has its own private pool and the property is surrounded by a wall for total privacy.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with a king, 1 with a queen and the 3th one with 2 single beds.

The kitchen has garden and pool-view and is ready to use. There is a washing machine and an outdoor barbecue. Cable TV is available.

  • high season from 15 dec - 30 apr and from 15 july - 31 aug: at 1.200 usd pr week
