This Caribbean style villa Ave del Paraiso is located just 100 meters from the beach and is in a gated beachfront community, at famous Playa Coson in Las Terrenas. The project is 10 minutes away from center town Las Terrenas, where you will find, shops, bars, restaurants and discos.

The villa consists of a main villa and a bungalow, situated around a pool.

  • The main villa has 2 bedrooms with each their own private bathroom and queen size beds and airconditioning. Sat-tv and wifi internet.
  • The Bungalow has a queen bed, small kitchen and private bathroom. No barbecue.

The rent includes:

  1. Electricity 110 V, gas and water

  2. Daily cleaning service.

  3. Change of Bed and bath linen twice a week.

If needed we can organise baby sitters, cooks and other services for an extra cost.
