The apartment building is around 350 meters from Playa Las Ballenas. Directly at the beach you will find several restaurants. A little walk further and you are in center town from Las Terrenas and you will find the other restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartment complex has 12 apartments and a large common pool with an outside bar and barbecue. The complex is gated and has parkingspaces. There is a common laundry with washing and drying machine.

All apartments are luxury furnished, with satellite TV. There is no internet.  Complete equipped kitchen with large fridge, microwave , koffee maker.

Cleaning every day. 24 hrs guardian. There is no inversor or generator.
