Q: What are the Entry Requirements for the Dominican Republic
A: Entry into the Dominican Republic requires at least a valid Passport and/or a Tourist Visa depending upon your nationality. Requirements do change often so make sure to check everything with your travel agent before departure. Some flights will include the Tourist Visa in the cost of your ticket. If yours does not, you will have to purchase one upon your arrival for US$10 (travelers checks and credit cards are not accepted). Minimal information about yourself and your visit is required and you will be provided with a copy of this form to give back to Customs & Immigration when you depart the country.

Q: How do I arrange for transportation at the airport upon my arrival?
A: Once your reservation is confirmed our Guest Services will assist you in making transportation reservations for your arrival and departure. Taxi fee’s to Harmony Condominium average around $40.00 USD each way.

Q: Do I need to rent a car?
A: If you plan to stay in Cabarete, you don’t really need to rent a car. The premier location of Harmony Condominiums ( within 1 block of Cabarete village) provides a short walk to our supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and banks. Should you decide to venture out of the village area there are Taxi’s readily available.

Q: What can I expect upon arrival at Harmony Condominiums?
A: You will be greeted by one of our guest services personnel who will check you in and escort you to your apartment. Should you have any questions or needs during your stay, our onsite office staff can assist you.

Q: How far are the restaurants?
A: More than 20 different restaurants in Cabarete are in walking distance, a short 5 min walk along the beach.

Q: Is there security at the residence and can I have guests visiting me in the condo?
A: Harmony provides full time 24 hour security personnel. At check in, you will receive your security renter card.
Please carry the security card with you as this card is necessary to enter the property. Security passes will be issued only to the renters.

PRICES-RATES:

Rates are in US Dollars for occupancy up to 4 persons.
Please add 60 USD / night per each additional person.
Maximum occupancy 6.

Minimum rental during Christmas and Easter High Season 7 nights.

Reservation & Payment:
A non refundable deposit of 50% is due when your reservation is confirmed. Payment is due by wire transfer to a US escrow account. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival by wire transfer, or in cash upon arrival.

Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $500 must be paid in cash upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure provided that all personal and property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced.
