Very nice Caribbean style villa with 6 bedrooms and 16 persons sleep capacity in gated community just 200 meters from the famous Playa Bonita beach and their restaurants.

2 bedrooms with each 1 king size beds and each their own bathroom
2 bedrooms with each 2 king size beds and each their own bathroom
2 bedrooms with each 1 king size bed and 1 bathroom for both bedrooms

In 2 bedrooms is airconditiong. No internet.

Pool with jacuzzi and barbeque. The kitchen is complete equipped and has all modern standards. Internet is available. cleaning lady is every day 6 hours there. 4 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.

Prices:

• 650 usd per night with a minimum of 2 nights stay
• eastern - christmas - newyear at 4.550 usd per week (only full week rental)

50 % For reservation, the remaining 50 % a week before the arrival.  Rates include daily maid service, gardener, pool attendant, Towel and sheets changes .Extra towel/sheet changes, beach towels, cook, baby-sitting, personal laundry can be arranged at a modest fee. Discounts available for rentals of two or more weeks at certain periods.
