• 600 usd per night with a minimum of 2 nights stay
• 4200 usd per week with eastern - christmas - newyear (only full week rental)

50 % For reservation, the remaining 50 % a week before the arrival.  Rates include daily maid service, gardener, pool attendant, Towel and sheets changes .Extra towel/sheet changes, beach towels, cook, baby-sitting, personal laundry can be arranged at a modest fee. Discounts available for rentals of two or more weeks at certain periods
