This brand new colonial style villa is now available. Villa Kala Kala, colonial style, is located om a small resort mountain where you only find luxury villas. The resort is next to the beach, gated and secure. The villa is just steps away from a beautiful beach, restaurant, sailing club and shop. Center town Las Terrenas is 5 minutes by car. In Las Terrenas you will find famous restaurants, shop, bars, discotheques and more.

This 400m2 villa has 3 levels with a separate bungalow. The villa can accommodate 8 adults and 4 children in all comfort.

There are 4 bedrooms in the main-house with bathrooms and a separate bungalow.

• junior suite with 4 single beds (for children)
• Palm room with king bed next to junior suite and is sharing bathroom with junior suite
• Cactus suite with king bed and bathroom
• next to pool small bedroom with king bed and bathroom

For your entertainment: dvd, sat tv, wifi internet, flatscreen, Bose sound system. Further 110/220V, hairdryer, inversor.

Fully equipped kitchen, even with Nespresso koffee machine, washing/drying machine.

Christmas-Newyear-Eastern:

• weekend rental and day rental not possible
  

High season from 15 dec-30 apr and from 20 july-30 aug:

• 1-6 persons 3.000 usd
• 7-12 persons 3.500 usd per week
• in weekends 700 usd per night

Low season is whats left:

• 1-6 persons 2.200 usd per week
• 7-12 persons 2.700 usd per week
• in the weekends 600 usd per night
