The lounge-kitchen looking towards the sea and a covered terrace and the infinity pool. The teak terrace has its solarium as well. On the top floor a tastfully decorated lounge bar with ANOTHER infinity pool.

There is a totally separated and private large 4 persons bungalow with 2 bedrooms.

On the penthouse floor a lounge bar with private pool.

The villa can accommodate 12 persons in full comfort.

With christmas-eastern-newyear:

• 9-12 persons at 6.300 usd per week
• weekends in this period not possible

High season from 15 dec-30 apr and from 20 july-30 aug:

• 1-8 persons 4.200 usd per week
• 9-12 persons 5.400 usd per week
• in the weekends 800 usd per night

Low season is whats left:

• 1-8 persons 3.600 usd per week
• 9-12 persons at 4.500 usd per week
• in the weekends 700 usd per night
