• 50 % For reservation, the remaining 50 % a week before the arrival. Rates include daily maid service, gardener, pool attendant, Towel and sheets changes. Extra towel/sheet changes, beach towels. Cook, baby-sitting, personal laundry can be arranged at a modest fee.
