Villa Concierge
The villa concierge works off site but is available throughout your stay with us through our property management company. Upon your arrival at this Dominican Republic vacation villa rental the concierge will greet you along with the rest of the staff and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. You will have communicated with the concierge over email prior to arrival, so all of your excursions, tee times, soothing massages and more will be already organized.

Villa Host/Butler
Your time at Villa Cantamar will be made much more pleasant because of our highly trained, professional villa host/butler. Throughout your stay the villa host will provide the personalized services you could only dream of in other locations. Need a cup of coffee in the morning…say down by the swimming pool…no problem! Need a special drink mixed during the heat of the day…no problem. The luxury villa host is here to respond to your every need.

Executive Private Chef
Vacation villa rentals are warm, happy and relaxing places to be, so why should you slave in the kitchen? At Villa Cantamar you don’t! Housekeeping & Laundry
Our vacation rental villa is kept clean and sparkling with daily cleaning by our housekeeping staff. Linens and towels are changed as often as necessary. If you find you need something cleaned, even your own laundry, just ask the friendly housekeeping staff who will be delighted to help you.

Gardeners
One of the most beautiful gardens on the coastline surrounds our luxury vacation villa. Our specimen garden, covering almost 2,5 acres, is manicured daily by our professional gardening staff to keep it always beautiful and trimmed for those photos you will want to take.

Security & Privacy
Villa Cantamar takes your privacy seriously so we have fulltime security at the villa.  Although Cantamar Villa is located within SeaTree Estates, a secure gated community we know you want to keep your vacation private.

Villa Cantamar can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Rental of the villa includes the entire property, all the facilities and amenities along with a fully dedicated and trained staff. Our meal plan is mandatory because we want you to relax, unwind and enjoy yourself while you are on vacation with us.

We do have a four (4) night minimum rental requirement and around certain holidays such as Christmas, and New Years  we require a minimum of seven (7) nights.

Mandatory Meal Plan / Pricing
Villa Cantamar offers a complete meal plan, including all food and non-alcoholic beverages for our guests. The meal plan is not optional. All meals are prepared by our chef, who knows where to obtain the finest ingredients and create mouthwatering delights.

Our menu is as varied as the palette of the island; fresh lobster, fresh local seafood, USDA Angus (and Argentinean) beef, pork, goat and chicken. Our food plan includes complete breakfasts, lunches, mid-day snacks and wonderful dinners prepared daily by our chef.

Private Luxury Swimming Pool Our Dominican Republic villa rental has a custom-designed, zero-entry freeform swimming pool, uniquely designed to allow complete relaxation. The zero entry offers a wonderful place for children to play. At the other end of the pool is a uniquely designed tanning spa, 3” of water to recline and cool off as you work on your Caribbean tan.
Windsurfing Cabarete, the windsurfing capital of the world, is a short 45 minutes away. One of the best windsurfing beaches in the world, Cabarete offers everything for the new or experienced windsurfer. Cabarete also has a small but international atmosphere with an upbeat nightlife to match the amazing windsurfing conditions.
Kite Boarding One of the most recent trends in harnessing the wind for an exciting sports activity is kite boarding. It is a unique and powerful blending of surfing with a single board by being propelled by the wind. Extremely experienced kite boarders can even get ‘hang time’ of several seconds as the wind literally lifts them out of the water!
Scuba Diving & Snorkeling Many of Villa Cantamar’s guests take advantage of the wonderful snorkeling and scuba diving nearby. The area lends itself for beginners as well as for experienced divers.
Whale Watching One of the favorite pastimes at Villa Cantamar is to look out for whales. It is remarkable how close to shore they come. Sometimes one can clearly see them jumping up in the air. On other occasions one can only see their humpbacks or the water spray from their blowholes as they surface. Day trips to Samana can be arranged for a very close look at these mammals. Every year, between the months of January until the end of March, over 3,000 humpback whales come to breed and give birth in the warm waters in the north east of the Dominican Republic. Don’t miss it!
Horseback Riding Horseback riding is readily available from Villa Cantamar. There are stables 5 minutes away specializing in riding lessons for children and adults. Smaller children can ride accompanied by experienced cowboys.
Dancing Merengue is the contagious music from the Dominican Republic, which has become popular worldwide. Like most Caribbean music, Merengue is rooted in African and Spanish music. If you would like to learn how to dance Merengue by the poolside, Villa Cantamar will arrange it for you. Alternatively, discos and dance clubs around in the area.
